V10164: Senior Administrator – Corporate Secretarial/Accounting

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator, who will have responsibility for the provision of administrative and accounting support and relationship management to a client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and investment managers as required
  • Drafting of invoices and arranging settlements
  • Ensuring that all bookkeeping tasks and reconciliations are completed in timely manner

The successful applicant will have, or be studying towards, a professional qualification and have a minimum of 3 years trust or funds experience.
